Every day since her Mother had passed away, Blanchette had gone to check onher Granny, bringing groceries and other essentials like Werthers Originals. Granny lived in the forest (why she couldn’t have gone for sheltered accommodation like the other Grannies was anyone’s guess) but Blanchette didn’t *really* mind making the journey. She’d made some new friends in the woods; 7 small men, a boy and girl who lived in a cottage covered in sweets (they’d invited her to tea!) and a talking wolf. The wolf had been very curious about Blanchette’s Granny and promised to look in on her if Blanchette was ever unable.
